Return & Exchange


You can return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the delivered date. The returned item must be in original condition (new and unused), please contact us prior to return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, once we receive the item, we will issue you the refund, the shipping fee and transaction fee are non-refundable, 15% restocking fee will be applied. A refund will be made to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. 

When you return your item, please make sure you include everything in the package that you received, and pack it securely to avoid any damage during transit, please let us know the tracking number after shipping so we can follow up on your return package. Please be advised that you must return the item in full tracking, insurance is recommended, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged.

If you have not received your order within 75 days, please notify us so we can resend your item or issue you a full refund once we have confirmed from the courier that your package was lost. 

Please note that all custom orders or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you received a wrong item or defective item, you must provide us a photo image showing the received item in order to process the return or exchange.

If you must cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. If it hasn't shipped out we are happy to cancel and refund you. Please note that the transaction fee is non-refundable.

Please check the items when your order arrives. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us within 2 days so that we can take corrective action. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
